These terms cover your use of sarizack.com.au (the site). The site is run by IN4GREAT Pty Ltd (ACN 622 048 846), trading as Sari Zack Business Coaching & Advisory ("I", "me", "my"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Everything on this site (articles, case studies, descriptions of how I work) is general information. It isn't business, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it doesn't take your circumstances into account. Please get advice specific to your situation before acting on anything you read here. Reading the site, booking a coffee or sending me an email doesn't create a client relationship.
Any Health Check, coaching, advisory or workshop work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and IN4GREAT Pty Ltd, which sets out the scope, fees, terms and exit arrangements. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.
Booking a time through the scheduler doesn't commit you to any paid work. If you can't make it, please let me know as early as you can so the time can go to someone else.
The content on this site, including the text, articles, methods, names, logos, images and design, belongs to IN4GREAT Pty Ltd or is used with permission. You're welcome to read it, share links to it and quote short passages with credit to Sari Zack. You can't copy, republish, adapt or use it commercially without my written permission.
Please don't use the site in a way that's unlawful, that interferes with how it works, or that tries to get unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it.
The site links to, and uses, third-party services such as a booking calendar, an email sign-up tool and LinkedIn. I don't control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
I work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but I can't promise it's complete, current or free of errors at all times. I may change or remove content without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
Subject to section 8, and to the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) that comes from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Where liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and I submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
